Starting with high purity materials, Cetek offers a variety of high-performance standard substrates for various applications. Our engineers will develop custom ceramic substrate materials to meet the customer's application requirements. Our most standard substrate materials are:

• LTCC CT100 - Our CT-100 products are well suited for high volume, high performance RF components at a competitive cost. CT-100 has low dielectric constant around 5 and dielectric loss around 0.004.
  
• 96% Alumina - For hybrid circuit assemblies, Cetek provides durable and reliable parts in custom sizes up to 15" X 15" at different varying thickness.
  
• 99.6% Alumina - Offering the finest possible surface from the highest purity materials, these substrates provide the perfect base for high-technology applications.
  
• Alumina Nitride - Currently our Aluminum Nitride Substrates are currently manufactured up to 8" X 8". Through our proprietary process we are able to make the substrate suitable for metallization with copper, nickel, gold, etc.
  
• Zirconia Toughened Alumina - (ZTA) Substrates are produced using the transformation of crystal structure from monoclinic to the teragonal phase. The material can be custom mixed at various ratios of zirconia and alumina to achieve desired mechanical and electrical properties.
