The Cetek Process is our own unique method by which ceramic substrates and ceramic compounds with enhanced qualities can be produced at a lower manufacturing cost. The process involves proprietary formulations, mixing, and sintering procedures, resulting in a ceramic product that requires little to no machining. Reduction in the machining process results in the elimination of fissures and micro cracks therefore improving product quality.

    Our process enables us to produce large area ceramic components with no distortions. We have done extensive research over the past 5 years to develop the capabilities to manufacture different ceramic materials with our proprietary process. Our process yields ceramic material perfectly flat on firing with no camber. This eliminates subsequent firing thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.

    This proprietary process can be used for different manufacturing techniques such as tape-casting, dry-pressing, extrusion and injection molding. This enables us to mold complex parts to near net shape, which minimizes post fired ceramic machining.

    Our Engineering staff will develop special formulations to meet customers' specifications and requirements. We will provide the prototypes in pre-production and production size quantities as required. We also provide value-added services to insure optimal value, quality, performance, and delivery.
